We have our own booking system, so visit our home or book page and you can book your preferences and pay online. You will receive a confirmation email.

TERM TIME PAYMENT PLAN

If you wish to join us for our 2 hour sessions, you are welcome to pay in monthly instalments. We require all of the fees prior to the term commencing, so we encourage you to book offline 3 months prior to starting with us. Booking fees of £2.50 apply per transaction. Please book the full fee ticket and not our Early Bird tickets. Thank you.

GIFT VOUCHERS

If you would like to gift a friend, we sell gift vouchers. Minimum spend of £15, which will purchase a taster 2 hour, term time session or you can put towards any of our classes and camps. Please contact us to order - info@willowsforestschool.co.uk

CHILDCARE AND TAXFREE VOUCHERS

You are very welcome to pay with Tax Free and Childcare vouchers when booking our Forest School classes and Forest Camps.  

At checkout, please end the booking without paying and then release the funds from your account. Please do this at the time of booking with us, so we can receive the funds within 3 working days.

We can transfer your booking to an alternate date, subject to availability, but we cannot offer a refund when using childcare vouchers.
